Overnight Weetbix or overnight weetabix is an easy healthy breakfast idea. Perfect for meal prep and you can try different toppings to flavor it up!

It's great for meal prep as you make it the night before which saves so much time in the morning. All you need to do is grab your spoon and dive in!

It's quite similar to Overnight Oats in many ways. You start with your base ingredients, and you can then add different toppings or additions to flavor it up!

Fortified with vitamins & iron!

100% wholegrain biscuits (fortified with vitamins & iron), berries/fresh fruit, and plain yogurt. A healthy start to the day!

If you want to make your Overnight Weetbix more of a dessert than a breakfast then you really can go crazy with the topping and fillings.

For a bulking recipe, warm up some Biscoff or Nutella (or both) and layer it on, add a chocolate layer or chunks of your favorite chocolate bars (such as mars, snickers, bounty, m&ms) 😏

Overnight Weetbix


  • 2 Wholegrain Biscuits

  • ½ Cup Coconut Water

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 100g Low-Fat Yoghurt

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder

  • 50 g Blueberries


  1. Crush up the 2 weetbix biscuits in a container or bowl.

  2. Add 1tbsp chia seeds. Mix the dry ingedients.

  3. Add the coconut water, mix together and flatten the mixture to make an even layer. You may need to let it sit for a minute to fully absorb the water.

  4. In a separate bowl, add the yogurt and protein powder and whisk together.

  5. Top the weetbix with the yogurt mix. Using the back of a spoon, level out the yogurt on top.

  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 1 hour). Top with toppings of choice (berries, fresh fruit, peanut butter, biscoff spread etc).
