Online Coaching serves as the baseline for all clients at Peake Girls, with the option to add face-to-face coaching as an additional service. Through our user-friendly app, we track your progress, deliver personalised exercise programs, conduct weekly check-ins, and provide 24/7 access to your coach Mira. Additionally, the app offers engaging challenges and the opportunity to connect with a supportive community of women, each on their own exciting training journey. Join us from anywhere in the world and discover fitness on your terms.

Hybrid Coaching combines both face-to-face and online coaching. This coaching style allows clients to receive 45 minutes of training with our Peake Girls coach, Mira Edlund, at the Peake Performance Gym in Glenelg, while also independently completing their strength program at a gym facility of their choice. Our Hybrid Coaching Service offers three options: Basic, Standard, and Premium. Each option includes the same features, but they vary in the frequency of face-to-face training sessions per month.
