COACHING OPTIONS
HYBRID COACHING
Hybrid Coaching is a combination of face to face and online coaching. This style of coaching offers clients the blend of training with one of our Peake Performance coaches in our gym facility, whilst also training at a separate gym facility to complete their strength program. Within the Hybrid Coaching Service, there are 3 options: Basic, Standard and Premium. Each of these options include the same features, however they differ in the number of times a client will train face to face each month.
FEATURES
STRENGTH PROGRAMMING
An individualised training program will be designed to meet the requirements of each client's health and fitness goals. This program is carried out on Google Sheets and is generally written in 6 week training blocks.
MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
To ensure appropriate exercise selection is achieved, our coaches will continually assess movement and function of the body to assist clients in discovering more movement options.
VIDEO ANALYSIS
Each week, clients have the opportunity to self record training videos to pass onto our coaches. These videos will be watched and feedback given. This process is crucial for clients to progress their training skills.
EXERCISE VIDEO LIBRARY
The Peake Performance Exercise Video Library is comprised of over 450 videos, demonstrating how to perform any exercise that is prescribed in a client's training program.
KPI / HABIT TRACKING
Key Performance Indicators and habit ideas are decided upon and used by our coaches and clients to establish lifestyle protocols to assist with our training program and build positive / sustainable habits.
24/7 SUPPORT
Our coaches are always here to help and understand the turbulent nature of the current world. For this reason, we’re here to lend a hand whenever it’s needed, training related or otherwise.
WEEKLY ONLINE CHECK-IN
At the end of each training week, clients are required to complete an online check-in. This will consist of topics relating to training, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle. Feedback will then be given to clients based on their responses.
NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
Each training program must be complimented with sound nutritional protocols, geared towards a client's desired outcomes. Our coaches are able to assist with nutritional recommendations relating to body composition management. Macronutrients and calories are tracked using the nutrition tracking system.
MORE FEATURES
A key feature of the Peake Performance coaching service is the online tracking platform, based on 'Google Sheets'. This platform can be accessed by phone, computer, laptop or tablet device and is updated in real time. This allows for the tracking of training, KPI's, habits and nutrition to be completed seamlessly and with ease. The Exercise Video Library is also integrated into the platform and allows clients to access tutorial videos effortlessly when in the gym.

ONLINE COACHING
Online Coaching is a service offered by Peake Performance coaches, where there is no face to face training component in our gym facility. This style of coaching is the baseline for each client that trains at Peake Performance. All coaching is carried out via the Peake Performance online platform. This is a popular coaching option for people who aren’t located in Adelaide, Australia.
face to face
Face to face coaching is carried out at the Peake Performance gym facility. These sessions run for a total duration of 60 minutes. Within these sessions, clients are given the opportunity to explore their training programs with their coach. This style of training is invaluable for the progression of a person's training skills as it allows them to utilize a more ‘hands on’ approach. Face to face sessions are considered an additional service, on top of the baseline Online Coaching service.
