SPICY SOY TUNA & RICE

This delicious recipe takes 5 min to make and tastes amazing. An easy meal to throw together at work, or when you are in a rush.



Using 150g of rice, my favourite garlic and soy tuna, crispy crunchy coleslaw and some jalapeños for some extra spice. Easy, quick and sooo delicious.

Spicy Soy Tuna & Rice


Ingredients


  • 150g pre-cooked rice

  • Soy & Caramelised garlic Tuna (coles)

  • 20g Pickled Jalapeños

  • 40g Crunchy Coleslaw (Aldi)

  • 10ml Soy Sauce

Instructions


  1. Add 150g of Rice, heat up in the microwave for 1 min.

  2. Add 2 cans of tuna, heat up for another 3o sec.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients.

Simple as that, enjoy! (I like to cut up the Jalapeños into smaller pieces)
