Coaching is individual performance consultant for you! As your personal coach I will help you to: identify goals or problem behaviours, design a plan of action, solve problems, review actions and reach goals.

In addition to this as your individual performance consultant, I stay with you and coach you through:

  • Implementation of the action plan, working with you through the inevitable changes and obstacles.
  • Maintain a healthy balance between your personal and professional life.
  • Coaches provide an objective sounding board.
  • They provide support and honest feedback.
  • They assist in reviewing and challenging your style of dealing with people and your strategies for getting things done.
  • They assist you in becoming more effective and maintain good performance so you don’t plateau.
  • They help you focus on what is important and be less distracted by some of the day-to-day problems and challenges.
  • They help you gain greater self-awareness and self- management with a view to management of others.


Coaching works because it provides individual focus on you and what you want to achieve or change.

Coaching is a guided process to unlock potential and maximise performance; because it is conducted one on one, coaching helps individuals to gain clarity. It is a formal system that brings about positive change and sustains it.

My coaching is based on clear, straight communication. I work for you not your organisation so I have your best interests at heart. As such you are able to freely tell me what your concerns are without the fears you would have in being so frank with your boss, colleagues, friends or partners.


Sessions are conducted weekly one on one face to face at Glebe or Chatswood and are strictly confidential, the session last for around 50 min to an hour.


I can coach all manner of management issues and have particular experience and success in: people skills, inter-personal communication, delegation, change management, industrial relations, and performance management including disciplining, motivation, resume preparation, selection and employment interview training
